As part of the core AWS account team you, the Technical Delivery Manager (TDM), will help our customers to arrive in that future. You will work across AWS teams and apply your technical and program management expertise to some of the most complex and challenging technology problems today. Roles and Responsibilities As a TDM on the Nonprofit (NPO) sales team, you will engage NPO customers and collaborate with internal team members and stakeholders to help successfully deliver mission-impacting technology solutions. You will spend a large part of your day in direct communications with the customer, working to improve their overall experience with AWS services and strategic initiatives. Basic Qualifications · 5+ years leading complex, large scale, cloud-based, IT/technical/engineering programs · 3+ years in a client facing role · Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math (“STEM” majors) or equivalent experience (Computer Science preferred) · Current PMP or PgMP certification, or the willingness and aptitude to obtain one within 12 months of on-boarding · Minimum of one AWS certification, such as AWS Solution Architect - Associate, or the willingness and aptitude to obtain one or more AWS certifications within 12 months of on-boarding · Ability and willingness
