We are looking for a results oriented Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) within the Kindle Content group. The person in this role will drive our technical relationships with book publishers and authors. The TAM will work closely with authors and publishers to build relationships, understand their processes, communicate our requirements and ensure the seamless flow of digital book content and metadata throughout the digital supply chain to end consumers. The TAM will also partner with internal teams including content acquisition, product management, engineering and operations to ensure we can deliver the best experience to our readers. This role is responsible for developing creative, technology-driven solutions to solve complex problems and identifying new opportunities for innovation and optimization. This person will define and implement best practices as they work with publishers on digital content creation, ingestion and file formats. The ideal candidate will be a strong self-starter,
