AWS Customer Service provides global support to a wide range of external customers as they build mission-critical applications on top of AWS services such as Amazon EC2 and Amazon S3. As a Senior TCSS with AWS Enterprise Customer Service (AWS Ent CS) you'll engage with Enterprise level customers

· Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience. A strong desire to work in a fast paced dynamic environment · Ability to think strategically and execute methodically · Experience developing and improving processes to simplify and automate whenever possible · Experience managing external relationships · Superior verbal and written communications skills with high attention to detail including precise and effective communications · Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with attention to detail and organizational skills
