Are you a Big Thinker looking to apply your talent management and psychometrics skills across a high impact leader and talent development program? The WW Consumer Talent Development team is looking for candidate to lead the strategy and operationalization of individual, role and org-level measurements to support a large scale leadership development initiative. We are looking for someone who is passionate about building individual and role assessment methodologies to drive and measure organizational impact, identifying trends/recommending corollary solutions, developing hypotheses related to talent management and leadership topics, and testing through them with experiments, data collection and analyses. The candidate will be part of a core team focused on the implementation of a new strategic leadership development initiative that will have global impact. Basic Qualifications · 8-10 years experience in IO, Workforce Planning, Workforce Analytics or related experience · Master's Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology or related discipline (with emphasis on assessment and analytics) · Demonstrated analytical thinking, ability to identify implications/trends in data (primarily quantitative) as an input to solution development · Demonstrated data analysis proficiency (e.g., multivariate, qualitative) · Demonstrated proficiency in designing, building and implementing psychometrically valid and reliable assessments – including experience implementing
