Identify risks and problem areas, build monitors, and optimize existing systems to make it highly available and secure. Drive prioritization of operational issues and liaise between engineering teams. Build systems to audit and measure reliability of services. Conduct operational readiness reviews and automate continuous delivery of software changes. Maintain service level agreements, and build systems to support it. Execute regular maintenance activities for services including outage handling, ticket resolution and root cause fixes. Position Requirements: Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
