· 4+ years of Technical Support engineering experience. · Knowledge of Unix/Linux Operating Systems · Ability to code proficiently in Perl, Python or any scripting language. · Knowledge of build, deployment and Continuous Integration processes and tools.· Strong written and verbal communication skills · Experience in troubleshooting issues in large scale distributed applications. · Experienced in managing docker containers, ECS and various networking technologies.
