Title: Support Engineer Worksite: Seattle, WA Position Responsibilities: Support large number of external connectivities and perform regular maintenance with external partners. Participate in support activities, such as ticket triage and system monitoring. Work with development teams to establish and improve service support, build new tools and dashboards to reduce the operation effort. Understand the business logic and architecture of support services to regularly resolve undocumented trouble tickets. Read and understand complex application code and make code fixes to resolve support issues. Mentor junior support engineers. Deploy the process of distinct services, using the Apollo and Brazil tool stack to ensure deployments complete successfully and maintain healthy pipelines. Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or as a Software Development Engineer, or a related occupation. Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): developing or supporting AWS based tools and applications; working with databases such as SQL, Excel, or SQL Reporting Services; scripting languages; and working with a large scale relational database environment.
