As the Global Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategies, actions and processes necessary to ensure inventory productivity, predictability and integrity of controls, working collaboratively with a stakeholder community across Finance, Product Supply, S and OP, Channel, Fulfillment, Logistics, and Raw Materials and CARE Planning. As this is a relatively new team and discipline for Devices Supply Chain, you will also have an opportunity to build the strategy for our team and space,

Drive the aged and excess finished goods loss process for Devices, to include target setting, proactive identification of risk areas across the product lifecycle, guidance to the business on areas of focus for the monthly cycle, and actions needed to maintain healthy inventories. This role is also responsible for driving decision making on disposition across a cross-functional leadership audience. As an output of the aged and excess process, this role will also inform the financial review to ensure that current and future risks are accounted for from a financial standpoint and will ensure that
Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement or Manufacturing Operations Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering or related field Strong analytical and data orientation skills Strong written and verbal communication skills, to include presentations to senior level audiences Preferred Qualifications Expert level in MS Office applications, including Excel Proven track record of delivering change and decision making with cross-functional stakeholders Strong process and tool (ERP, MS Office, Power BI, etc) background and proven capability
