Amazon Web Services (AWS) Supply Chain Operations is looking for a team member that is customer obsessed and can think and react in a high-energy, fast paced environment. This individual will articulate inputs, options and contingency plans to achieve success in fulfilling global AWS Infrastructure Capacity. They will own end-to-end Infrastructure Capacity fulfillment and work cross functionally to resolve issues that impact AWS Infrastructure Capacity. Additionally, they will identify process gaps, fix data integrity errors, drive continuous improvements, and reduce waste associated with AWS Infrastructure Capacity fulfillment and delivery processes. Responsibilities: · Work cross functionally to identify, prioritize, and resolve demand and supply shortfalls · Identify and remove roadblocks to fulfill customer demand per Service Level Agreements · Operate as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and the customer’s Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for Infrastructure Capacity delivery · Prioritize
