Do you want to work with leaders driving Microsoft's Intelligent Edge and the growth of Azure, Sphere, and AI on devices? The Consumer and Devices Sales team is looking for a Strategy Planning Manager to help drive the 3- and 5-year strategic plans and fiscal year investment priorities for CDS. As a Strategy and Planning Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team in CDS (comprised of former management consultants, investment professionals, and industry professionals) that is responsible for managing CDS growth planning and directing over $500M in discretionary investments across Microsoft's largest OEM partners to generate revenue expansion, drive device innovation, and grow the Intelligent Edge. This central role reporting to our Strategy and Planning Director will partner with cross-Microsoft

Provide leadership decision makers with best-in-class analytics and cohesive strategic rationale Support cross-CDS growth planning and dynamically engage to drive maximum impact for team, division, and MSFT Collaborate with cross MSFT stakeholders including account sales/marketing, portfolio planning, legal, operations, and finance to build, validate, and launch investments and growth strategies Represent and align on growth strategy, insights, and implications at GM, VP, and CVP levels Contributing to team culture of smart risk taking, agility, and impact
