Do you want to work with leaders driving Microsoft's Intelligent Edge and the growth of Azure, Sphere, and AI on devices? The Consumer and Devices Sales (CDS) team is looking for a Strategy Planning Manager to help build a multi-year strategic growth planning discipline, set investment priorities, and tackle critical business projects. As a Strategy and Planning Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team in CDS (comprised of former management consultants, investment professionals, and industry professionals) that is responsible for managing CDS growth planning and directing over $500M in discretionary investments across Microsoft's largest device partners to generate revenue expansion, drive device innovation, and grow the Intelligent Edge. This central role reporting to our Strategy

• Provide leadership decision makers with best-in-class analytics and cohesive strategic rationale • Support cross-CDS growth planning and dynamically engage to drive maximum impact for team, division, and MSFT • Collaborate with cross MSFT stakeholders including account sales/marketing, portfolio planning, legal, operations, and finance to build, validate, and launch investments and growth strategies • Represent and align on growth strategy, insights, and implications at GM, VP, and CVP levels • Contribute to team culture of smart risk taking, agility, and impact
The successful candidate will be a results-oriented problem solver with the ability to drive analytical insight into complex business problems, build consensus through senior stakeholder communications, lead cross-group execution, and land partner-facing impact. • Possess a growth mindset and thrive in unstructured situations • Demonstrate a track record of clear strategic thinking, excellent business analytics, quantitative problem solving, and material business impact; • Be able to prioritize and manage through ambiguity and achieve strong business results, often across overlapping projects;
