Amazon Services is seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Manager for our US Marketplace Fashion team. The Strategic Sales Manager will be chartered with leading a team of strategic sellers managing a strong sales pipeline of high value fashion accounts (clothing, shoes, watches, jewelry, luggage), while executing sales strategies to secure deals that will exceed aggressive account acquisition and revenue goals. This territory will include established and fast growing national and international fashion brands, vertical retailers and resellers. The 3P Fashion business is one of the fastest growing categories at Amazon, with significant opportunities to delight our customers with great selection, competitive pricing, and superior shopping convenience. Ideal candidates must possess: · 10+ years of successful sales or business development experience in e-commerce or other relevant industries · 5+ years of sales management experience working for technology vendor selling enterprise solutions · Experience leading a team of sellers focusing on commercial accounts · Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach · Experience in complex sales and leveraging data metrics to represent a value proposition · Excellent (written and oral) communication as well as presentation skills and the ability to express
