The Global Accounts Sales Strategy and Operations (SSO) is a diverse team that supports the Sales, Inside Sales, Solution Architects, Solution Delivery Managers, and Business Development teams across the world. We enable AWS teams to better serve our Global 200 customers in their journey to the cloud. We are seeking an experienced Strategic Programs Lead to partner with the Head of the Global Accounts Sales Strategy and Operations to assist in defining, landing and executing on strategic initiatives for the Global Accounts organization. This position will collaborate with internal end-users and cross-functional teams to incubate new programs and land

· Minimum 7 years in strategy, management consulting or program management roles supporting global, enterprise scale hi-tech organizations · Demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement repeatable sales processes, procedures and policies · Strong written and verbal communication skills with multi-lingual and international stakeholders · Advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically MS Excel, are a must · Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations · Bachelor’s degree is required·
