Strategic Account Manager, Amazon Renewed Job description Amazon Renewed (also called ‘Renewed’) is the home of Certified Refurbished, open-box and like-new products in nine marketplaces (NA3, EU5, IN) with supply from qualifying 3P Sellers, Retail Vendors and Amazon. Our vision is to become the world’s leading destination for discovering and buying quality pre-owned products. To attain this vision we provide a branded shopping experience that combines the trust and convenience of buying New with the savings of buying Used. We earn Customer trust by setting a high and consistent bar for like-new product quality, qualifying and performance managing Suppliers, and attaching an extended warranty to all Renewed products. We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to help grow the Renewed North America business by focusing on the strategic aspects of managing the relationships with our largest Suppliers and the optimization of their engagement with Amazon Services across all of our products

· Minimum of 4+ years professional selling and account management experience · Experience using analysis, reporting, modeling, and forecasting to gather data for the purpose of making business decisions · Relationship sales and negotiation skills · Project management skills · Bachelor's Degree or equivalent· Problem-solving passion and service orientation · Proven ability to influence others · Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment · Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities · Always does what is right for the customer – relentlessly customer-focused · Work experience preferably
