Marketplace Softlines team Strategic Account Manager
Amazon Services is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager for our US Marketplace Softlines team. The Account Manager will be chartered with managing a portfolio of high value, established and fast growing, national and international Softlines brands (clothing, shoes, watches, jewelry, luggage) and with helping these accounts develop strategically to reach commonly defined performance goals. The Account Manager will also be tasked with leveraging these accounts to support broader initiatives within the overall Amazon Fashion business. The Marketplace Softlines business is one of the fastest growing categories at Amazon, with significant opportunities to delight our customers with great selection, competitive pricing, and superior shopping convenience. As an organization, Amazon’s North American Seller Services is highly influential by coordinating across Amazon customers, Amazon category teams, and Amazon Sellers. Specifically, this individual will be responsible for building trustful

· 5+ years of successful sales experience in e-commerce and or other relevant industries · · Demonstrated success in developing key accounts using a consultative, solutions-focused approach · · Experience in leveraging data metrics to represent a value proposition for key accounts as well as to drive the overall account management program's success · · Experience in communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly · · Bachelor’s degreeExperience in the fashion industry, including previous employment with leading fashion brands and/or fashion retailers
