The Microsoft Stores finance team is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Finance professional that wants to be part of one of Microsoft's fastest growing areas with key responsibility supporting Physical Stores Revenue, Incentive Comp and Field Headcount. This role will partner directly with the Physical Stores leadership teams and finance partners to create and drive actionable revenue insights specific to our physical sales channel. This position reports to the Finance Director for Microsoft Stores, and works closely with the Microsoft Stores Physical Stores Leadership team. Specific responsibilities include the following: Revenue/Incentive Comp Partner with the Microsoft Stores Revenue team to share insights and identify opportunities to optimize revenue in the Physical Stores channel Drive Physical Store revenue analysis and insights including overall performance, channel results (Consumer/SMB), product category revenue and margin results, cloud metrics, attach insights, etc. Partner with the Physical Stores Field leadership
