Drive organizational alignment around security threats, response, and methods of resisting common compromise scenarios Create and manage security services with an Assume Breach mindset enabling detection and response of targeted attacks and persistent adversaries Analyze complex authorization and authentication problems, identify and design solutions, and make high-impact improvements in collaboration with other engineers both across the division and throughout Microsoft Develop large-scale integrated security services with enterprise-class quality and utilize your design, and communication skills
Required qualifications: A BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience 10+ years in leading Agile/Lead feature team development of security and identity products (online services preferred) 10+ years software development experience (online services preferred) and experience in testing, deploying, operating, and supporting medium to large scale services on Azure, AWS or similar environments Preferred qualifications Experience with practical cryptographic uses including signing, encryption, and the usage of certificates Excellent C#, C++\C, Python or Java coding skills Knowledge and application
