You will work across organizations, collaborating with partner teams such as Microsoft studios, Game Pass and Mixer leadership, 3rd party publishing team and with many of the teams in the Windows and Devices Group, Universal Store, and Identity. You will be required to provide strong leadership, raise the technical bar, and maintain a data and results driven culture, nurture a team culture of high collaboration and trust, and drive Xbox Live adoption by game developers.
