The Email and Query Intelligence (SQI) team is part of the core AI team at Microsoft. It is responsible for enabling intelligence in Microsoft products including Outlook, Bing, Windows and Cortana. We research and develop natural language processing to build deep intelligence into products millions of people use every day. Analyze real world data, propose, design experiments, incubate and develop novel algorithms based on NLP, ML/DL modelling and techniques to understand user behaviors, make data-driven decisions to solve user challenges Implement and improve pipelines (train, evaluation, and feedback systems) to prepare and reinforcement learning from a real-world ecosystem Work as part of a collaborative team and partner with SQI's infra teams, Microsoft Research and Product Teams to deliver projects, overseeing data-pipeline for machine learning, deployments, performance monitoring and analysis, and continual
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, EE or equivalent 3+ years of experiences in natural language processing or machine learning-related software development 3+ years of production experience in modeling or software development using the following languages: C#, C, C++, Python, Java or R Preferred Qualifications: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering or related field preferred Experience with advanced ML technologies such as: Deep Learning (DL) or Reinforcement Learning (RL) Enjoy learning and ramping up on new technologies quickly
