Develop features predictably and at quality. Work with the team to help identify and estimate the effort required to develop features. Write simple, readable, and effective code. Collaborate across disciplines to refine and iterate on features.
5+ years of C++ software engineering experience Worked in gaming industry for 3+ years Previously shipped at least one AAA game on PC or console Strong written and verbal communication skills Self-directed and takes initiative to drive progress BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
