Our team builds the compute stack, from the low level physical host fabric through the high level tenant facing services. The compute stack is one of the core pillars that form the technical foundation for the rest of the platform. On this team you will have the opportunity to learn about core Azure technologies and components, and understand how they must be adapted to work with our unique requirements. You will have the opportunity to propose, design, create, improve, ship, and support important infrastructure components as well as tenant-facing features using a variety of languages and technologies
Basic qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field 3+ years of software development experience using C, C++, C#, Java or Python Preferred qualifications: Solid CS fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, etc.) Excellent technical design, problem solving, and debugging skills Good communication skills REST services and WebApi experience would be useful Cloud Background check: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
