Successful candidates should also have: - Strong passion for delivering high quality, large scale services in storage, search, data or related areas. - Ability to ramp up quickly on new technologies and adopt solution from within the company or from the Open Source community. - Experience with agile project management methodologies. - Exceptional problem solving and debugging skills. - Obsession about service availability and live site metrics - Experience with unit-test, continuous integration and test driven development is a plus. - Experience with Azure, Exchange, Office 365 services fabric
One or more of following qualifications desired: - 4+ years of software development experience. - Very strong coding and development skills with experience in at least one of the following languages: C#, JavaScript, Angular/React framework - HTML/CSS scripting experience at building great UI/UX. - Experience building backend services using ASP.NET - MS Degree in CS or related engineering field.
