The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications: Sound problem solving skills and good understanding on distributed algorithms. Proficient in C++, C# or other high level languages. Entrepreneurial spirit- Ability to start, execute, finish and own the feature while maintaining a very high quality bar. 3 + years of experience in building and shipping production grade software or services. Bachelor's/Master's/PhD with work or research experience in computer science or related field.
