We are looking for a Software Engineer II to join the team whose charter is to create rich, intuitive user experiences for the next generation of support experience. Responsibilities include: • Developing ground breaking new help and assistance user experiences • Using big data techniques to gain invaluable customer insights for how we can personalize and improve our experiences • Leveraging machine learning and AI to build models that deliver incredible self-help experiences • Enabling data-driven decisions using telemetry and usage data • Ensuring the availability and performance of support experience and the satisfaction of our customers • Creating unit tests, automation, and performance tests • Authoring tools, scripts, and other infrastructure components
Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Math, Engineering or related field • 3+ years of industry experience • Experience with one major programming language is required, including: C#/C++/C, Java, Objective-C • Experience with the following: HTML/CSS, JavaScript and experience with different front-end technologies (React, Angular), web services and REST APIs • Troubleshooting, debugging, diagnostics and strong analytical skills • Strong customer focus and understanding of the importance of Live Site engineering • Experience with Azure, machine learning, AI,
