The Partner Experience (PX) team in the Cloud and Enterprises (C and E) group functions as the powerhouse of partner-led commerce motion for Microsoft's key businesses and continues being one of our strongest avenues of revenue. We work with a community of partners who represent developers, resellers, OEM(s), manage service providers, freelancers, system integrators and steamers etc. to constantly evolve our platform and empower our partners to take their businesses to the next level. We are working on making our portal and APIs the focal point of all partner-led transactions and unify the experience across all types of partners. As a part of the team, you will be working on enhancing our platform and experiences to help our partners open their businesses to new opportunities, engage deeper with their customers, increase profitability and add value with our industry-leading products. • Contribute to design and implementation of features to deliver great user experiences and APIs with high quality in a timely manner. • Work with product teams and business units across Microsoft to deliver end-to-end on our new commercial offerings and modernized platform experiences. • Evolve and improve existing features to ensure our promise on customer focus. • Write and maintain automated tests. • Contribute in debugging, troubleshooting and supporting the complete stack of a service. • Conduct periodic on call duties for supporting production services. • Collaborate closely with members
Ability to code is a base requirement. As there are many forms of coding in practical use today, having experience in languages and frameworks such as Python, C#, Java, C, C++, JavaScript, and various others is acceptable, assuming the candidate can demonstrate proficiency in what they know, and can extend their learning to new languages, tools, and environments. 1+ years of software development experience. Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: A demonstrable understanding of software development and testing concepts. Strong communication
