Ideally, you'll have a background in driving quality into game features and processes, with experience in delivering games as a service, influenced by telemetry and data science principles. You're a veteran in the field with a quality-first mindset, strong technical aptitude, and the ability to communicate and collaborate across a variety of disciplines to meet the needs of our players. Requirements: BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience 3+ years in software quality (preferably games or entertainment) Self-directed, a drive to resolve issues within the team and across teams Ability and flexibility to work effectively on a worldwide team spanning multiple time zones Strong interpersonal skills and a love for collaboration Customer-first and data-centric mindset Experience organizing teams and working in an agile/scrum based environment a plus
