We are looking for a smart, motivated, hands-on, and customer-obsessed individual to join the Amazon Legal Technologies team as a manager of software development. This team owns the systems that Amazon’s Legal department runs on and is responsible for driving improvement and innovation in our global Legal organization. The Software Dev Manager will work with the Legal Technologies team to own the internal Legal user experience and own operational relationships with teams both within Legal and in other departments. The successful candidate will possess the ability to work efficiently and independently; manage high volumes of projects with little guidance; react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require a quick response or turnaround; take effective action without having to know the total picture; and think creatively and be proactive in solving problems that affect people within the group or other
