· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience · 5+ years deep hands-on technical expertise as a software developer · 2+ years’ experience as a development manager (direct authority over development staff)· MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a relevant technical discipline · A deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and track record of shipping software on time · Proven object oriented design skills and able to find creative scalable solutions to difficult problems · Experience with the SCRUM methodology for agile software development preferred
