Join us on our mission to build a highly scalable mission -critical robotics system that will transform our customers’ experiences in ways we can’t even imagine yet. You will lead the testing of robotics applications, services and web analytics that powers this vision, enabling the program to scale by many orders of magnitude through test automation. We are looking for a versatile leader who is able to go technically deep, lead and grow a strong team of software testers. You ideally have a track record of building large scale test automation solutions to help ship services and/or embedded devices faster and with high quality. You are proficient at using data to identify and report on defect patterns. You provide a high level of strategic and tactical technical leadership, and are not afraid to dive into highly ambiguous areas. You will collaborate with top-notch developers and managers as well as data scientists across a variety of stacks. If you are passionate about learning and pioneering
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. •5+ years of experience managing teams of 6-8 people, including hiring, coaching and growing •5+ years of Big Data systems experience •5+ years of building infrastructure for test automation • Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis •Demonstrated ability to mentor other software developers to maintain architectural vision and software quality •Proficiency in, at least, one modern programming language such as C++, C# and/or Java •Master’s degree in
