Amazon is looking for a Software Development Manager to join the Payments Acceptance and Experience team that develops and operates a set of software systems responsible for customer payment experience, payment partner management and financial data reporting. The leader in this team will be responsible to build systems/software to meet the business needs of the immediate organization as well as have an opportunity to shape the future of e-commerce by contributing to development activities in ordering, payments and financial reporting organizations. · 7+ years of building Enterprise level Software systems · 4+ years managing a high performance software engineering team and leading full lifecycle development · A passion for people management and mentorship · Strong verbal and written communication skills · Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field · Masters in Computer Science or 10+ years building Enterprise software · Project Management experience with agile development methodology · A strong track record of project delivery for large, cross-functional, projects and products that can scale. · Prior experience as a software engineer
