We are looking for an experienced software development manager who is excited about building industry leading, next generation SCM and Workforce Management systems for the
- 5+ years industry experience running mission-critical programs - 5+ years industry experience managing software development organizations - 3+ years industry experience managing remote/distributed development teams - Ability to travel up to 10% of the time - Experience developing with Java, C/C++, or similar - Experience with Unix/Linux development environments - Experience with distributed system performance analysis and optimization - Strong focus on operational excellence - Strong project management skills - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Track record for being detail-oriented
