The successful candidate will define the engineering strategy, design and development for the central website where all Amazon Advertising customers will engage to achieve their business and marketing objectives. · 10+ years of professional experience in software development · 5+ years of experience managing an Agile team of 10+ software development engineers · Experience building scalable distributed systems with service oriented architectures · Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, e.g. Java, C#, or C++ · Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or an equivalent in relevant work experience· Experience building experimentation systems and frameworks · Experience building and operating ReactJS/NodeJS applications · Success delivering products/services in a high-growth environment,
