The Customer Self-service and automation team is looking for seasoned leader to leading Software Development engineer team that applies Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing technology into resolve customer day to day issue. We don't invent the wheel, but we use the wheel to build the car and benefit everyone. As leader in this team, You manage a two pizza team with 8~10 SDEs. You own three pages on Amazon.com- Your account, Help page, Contact Us pages on both desktop and mobile channel.You work closely with PM, UX, and Applied scientist to define the team strategy, roadmap and monitor engineer

· 4+ years of Software Development Management experience in a related industry · 4+ years of coding experience in one of Java, C++, C# and one or more of Web Technologies, Mobile platforms · Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field · Experience managing efforts in developing large scale web applications, backend service and mobile applicaiton · A first-hand working knowledge of current web or mobile technologies · Proven record on release software or product in whole life cycle. · Strong documentation writing and verbal communication skills· Ability to communicate
