· BS in Computer Science or related field · Minimum of 8 years experience in software development · Minimum of 5 years experience hiring and developing direct reports (performance review communication, accountability, motivation/engagement) · Experience leading software development teams and developing the careers of software engineers · Strong verbal and written communication skills · Experience collaborating with multiple development teams to accomplish large goals
