· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) experience · 5+ years of large-scale engineering experience in a leadership capacity · 3+ years in a personnel management capacity· Passion for gaming · Master's degree or relevant work experience · Great communication skills and ability to work effectively on shared projects with designers, testers, engineers, and executives · Ability to work in fun focused environment! · Meets/exceeds Amazon’s leadership principles requirements for this role · Meets/exceeds Amazon’s functional/technical depth and complexity for this role
