Amazon’s Selling Partner Experiences technology connects millions of businesses of all sizes to hundreds of millions of Customers within the Amazon.com marketplaces worldwide. As the Development Manager for the Seller Central Gateway (aka Homepage) page and Selling Coach experiences, you will own the main destination that millions of sellers land on after logging into Seller Central every month. We are reinventing the gateway page experience using the latest UX technologies to drive selling partner behavior, moving from gateway widgets that have hard coded placements on the page, to dynamic experiences where the highest performing and engaging content moves to the top of the page (above the fold), while the lower performing placements move down the page or are phased out. In parallel, we are looking for opportunities to implement “high engagement” experiments to improve the CX to drive business impact. As the Selling Partner Gateway Development Manager, you will lead and grow a team of
· Product development experience (including OOP, Java, UNIX, C++, JSON, Web services, and UNIX tools) · Experience building processes, project management, and release schedules · 5+ years of relevant work experience in internet-related program and/or technical product management in a software applications environment. · Demonstrated track record across numerous enterprise wide programs. · Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering or a related technical discipline· Technically sound in software development activities and life cycles. · · Deep understanding of system architecture and OO Design
