· 3+ year's overall test/QA experience · Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent · 3+ year's experience coding in Java, C, C++ or C#· Experience developing in Java on Linux · Experience with multi-threaded programming · Deep experience with Software Development Life Cycle · Ability to understand complex distributed system architectures · Excellent leadership, verbal and written communication skills · Knowledge of databases, including storage engines and query processing · Experience with distributed systems architecture · Ability to understand complex distributed system architectures
