The Kindle Reader team is looking for a highly motivated Software Development Engineer in Test to deliver tools and automation frameworks that improve our ability to deliver updated apps to our customers across the technology stack. As a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) your scope
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, equivalent experience, or related field required · 1+ years’ professional experience as a Software Development Engineer or Software Development Engineer in Test. · Experience creating automation frameworks using at least one OO programming language (Java, C#/C++, and/or Python) · Ability to work independently and have a track record of delivering proven solutions to complex problems · Familiarity with one or more of the following tools, GitHub, Gradle, Jenkins, JIRA, and/or TestRail · Familiar with build systems · Coding experience with automated testing
