1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, and 3+ years relevant work experience 2. 3+ years professional experience in software development 3. Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design 4. Computer Science fundamentals in data structures 5. Computer Science fundamentals in algorithm design, problem solving, concurrency and complexity analysis 6. Proficiency in, at least, one modern programming language such as Java, C, C++, C#, or Perl; and relational databases· Experience taking a leading role in designing, building and successfully delivering complex software systems
