· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math or related field, or equivalent experience · Solid understanding of Computer Science fundamentals like object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis · 3+ years of software development experience, including Java and/or C++. · Strong verbal and written communication skills · Experience designing and implementing distributed systems· Experience building large-scale data mining systems · Experience with algorithm development involving real-world noisy data · Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive,
