The Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) Nucleus team owns the packet pipeline that runs right beneath all our customer’s EC2 Virtual Private Cloud instances. Our goal is bring the AWS networking capability to be on par with on premise networking capabilities (advanced firewall rules, scalability, advanced routing protocols) and increased performance over time. Our Software touches every single packet on every single host across AWS massive worldwide fleet and we have interesting yet challenging problems in hand to keep-up with growth of AWS network. We are growing fast, and are looking for a Software Engineer to help build our next generation of productivity tools and automation framework. In this role, you will part of a team that builds a scalable and high availability tool-chain to automate anomalies detection (example SW/HW crash), analytics and reporting across a large organization.
