The software ranges from tools that enable the support engineers to diagnose and solve customer problems to predictive algorithms that warn customers of potential hazards and inefficiencies. Our team specifically owns exciting projects around building a humanlike conversational AI-assistant to help customers with optimizing solutions, diagnosing problems, and resolving issues in cloud services. Different from existing AI-assistants that can do only simple Q and A, our assistant will be able to chat with customers back and forth based on conversational context, and resolve issues on spot with customer’s authorization.
