Amazon Web Services (AWS) is used by millions of users around the world from start-ups to large enterprises. In order to successfully operate their business on top of AWS, customers need timely and personalized notifications about the health of AWS across storage, compute, networking, databases, and other products. This is an opportunity to join a newly formed team. We are starting by automating AWS issue detection and customer notification to improve the AWS Health product, and we plan to explore the areas of issue prediction and remediation recommendations using Machine Learning. We are hiring Software Development Engineers (SDEs) to own the end-to-end software lifecycle, influence the team's technical roadmap, design new services, and mentor others. You will work in partnership with multiple technology teams across AWS (S3, EC2, …) and invent solutions to notify customers about the health of their resources in current and future AWS services.
