· 3+ years development experience with Java, C++, C#, or similar programming language · 3+ years experience in object oriented design, test driven development and continuous integration · Masters degree in computer science or related discipline and 4+ years of full life cycle/end to end application development experience in an Agile environment · Experience with high throughput, multi-threaded systems · Experience implementing and consuming large scale web services · Experience in development on cloud based infrastructure · Experience influencing software engineers best practices within your team
