· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field · 4+ years professional experience in software development with 1+ years of experience in web/distributed computing · Competency in computer science fundamentals and object-oriented design, data structures, and complexity analysis · Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java · Experience developing automation in at least one of OO languages - Java, C#/C++, Python, multi-threaded programming, and/or app development · Ability to think critically and actively contribute to the unit's strategic choices · Master Degree
