The SMC Business Apps Solution Lead is a great role for someone who is interested in a global leadership role with responsibilities that include d elivering sustainable new business growth, providing thought-leadership, and driving customer acceleration to the cloud across the Corporate Business Apps specialist sellers . The SMC Business Apps Solution Lead should be a great sales coach and leader, has a challenger mentality and is skilled in effective collaboration and execution across a globally matrixed organization. This role is empowered with 3 regional Biz Apps Sales Program Leads (Asia, Americas,
5 + years of experience managing and developing high-performing Business Apps Sales or Marketing teams with a proven track record of exceeding team quotas/targets at Microsoft or other competitive companies. Technology experience with Dynamics 365 or a competitive product. Experience planning and executing digital sales campaigns at scale across multiple geos , preferably with experience in motions such as ABM and Demand Response Successful track record of delivering results in a highly matrixed management environment Experience coaching cross-cultural teams that deliver results Possess both business
