The team: Small, Medium and Corporate (SMC) segment is responsible for over $14B of revenue and addresses customers of all sizes and shapes across the globe through scale engines including GDC, One Commercial Partner, Inside Sales, Field Sales, and M and O. Key accountabilities: Land the SMC strategy and orchestration across the Americas region • Translate strategy into execution: Give a sense to the strategy and drive alignment in execution across the segments of SMC and across the engines driving it, particularly the SMC teams in the subsidiaries, M and O, OCP, Inside Sales, and GDC. • Drive big bets like industry solutions to double SMC revenue in 3 years and think in terms of what we need to do in order to acquire, retain, and grow customers. • Connect the dots across these organizations and operating models and help identify and proactively resolve
Skills and qualifications: • BS/BA degree required, MBA/Masters or an advanced degree highly preferred – over 7 years of experience in enterprise sales and/or sales/partner management and/or consulting services (including recent Microsoft experience); MBA preferred or equivalent • Deep experience in conducting culturally complex, long term transformation in sales and services, in a major technology corporation in this region • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in high pressure / fast paced environments and consistently delivering on expectations • Strategic thinker and self-starter with
