Amazon is looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial leader to join the Health and Personal Care (HPC) Team. Responsibilities include driving growth by developing multi-year strategies, sustaining strategic relationships, managing negotiations and category profitability, developing marketing plans, and monitoring/reacting to industry trends. You will have full P and L responsibility for driving the top and bottom line of the P and L. We are seeking a passionate customer and category advocate within Amazon, who is a seasoned business leader that thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a broad skill set which demonstrates analytical horsepower, excellent business judgment, strong vendor management and negotiations skills, and the demonstrated ability to use creative thinking and innovation to solve complex problems. · Bachelor’s degree · 5+ years of relevant senior level experience in in finance, strategy consulting, buying/planning or e-commerce, with a proven track record of delivering results. · Proven negotiating skills and influencing abilities · Experience with business analysis and P and L ownership · Highly polished communication skills - speaking, writing, and presenting to Senior Management. · Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects – prioritization, planning and task delegation · Cross-functional project experience · High threshold for working and thriving in an ambiguous, fast paced environment
