The Gift Card team at Amazon is looking for a vendor manager with proven experience in strategy, negotiation, and account management for its Branded Gift Card business. The Vendor Manager would be responsible for setting the strategic direction for the category, focusing on customer experience, selection growth, pricing, and profitability. He/She serves as a primary advocate for our customer and must understand the competitive and industry landscape. Vendor Manager will partner with leaders in Product Management, Software Development, Inventory Management and Finance to deliver category goals. The ideal candidate is a thought leader on new initiatives and has strong business judgment, with a track record of successful negotiations and overall relationship management. Proven analytical thinking, project management skills, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills are must.
