AWS Learning Services is seeking an innovative, self-motivated Sr. UX Program Manager to join our growing User Experience team. As part of the team responsible for the overall user experience of AWS Training and Certification digital learning products, you will work with designers, engineers, product managers, program managers, and leadership to serve as the glue that holds UX projects together throughout the planning, design and development lifecycle. Specifically, the UX Program Manager will work with UX designers and researchers to plan, oversee, and document all aspects of UX project commitments and roadmap items. They will manage project intake, triage, and planning. This role will also work closely with UX, product managers and engineering to define and implement UX processes to streamline UX delivery and ensure that UX projects are in scope and on schedule. And finally, this role will support the Sr. Manager of UX for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting against the UX roadmap
· 6+ years of experience as a program or project manager, UX producer, or similar role. · 3+ years of experience leading project delivery for large, cross functional, projects · 3+ years of experience managing projects in a SCRUM or Agile environment· Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience. · Experience working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team and working directly with UX designers and developers · Demonstrated understanding of UX design and research, and common UX design processes · Strong design vocabulary to
